Success at last. Two screws on a small plank of wood and then gripped at either side of the Workbench. This meant that the wood acted as a guide for the foam to pass through. The screw also meant that the wire could slide up and down to adjust the height. Despite having the wire tense as possible, during cutting it stretched. I think next time I'll slowly push the foam through to allow the wire to reheat as it went through.The whole set-up also meant that I could dismantle it easily for next time. Now I had a surface level enough to place my HQ components. |
