Problem with mass production is the slow progress and boring task of making 72 missile tips. Also any mistake is multiplied by the amount of models made. I ended up making the missile base and glued them together to get double thickness, however now slicing them apart again. This is so I can glue and work with a row of three missiles that is far easier than two rows close together. The pros of doing this many is that the end results in very similar and uniformed. Also any learning made is then carried onto the next, although I'm now writing this down in my Battlesuit conversion page for future reference. Rather than using the mini ruler, I resorted to drawing the required length on my green scoring mat. |
