Epic 40K
Epic 40K was my third website and became my main. This started once I had my own Digital Camera that had a macro setting to take close up photos of my models. The theme was a newly discovered planet called Lexcore, full of unspoilt land and resource rich that all armies would want to claim for their own. It was basically an excuse to have every army in one place and stands covered in green flock.
I believe this is either the sixth or seventh incarnation of this website. Changes were caused due moving between web service, including a period of having purchased a five year deal for web hosting and even my own domain name. However once that expired, I then moved to Weebly where I am currently.
The web site was mainly coded using notepad in basic html. Then some javascript, php and using css too. I've always designed it using code rather than an application, so using Weebly's interface was a bit of a limitation, but finding it not too bad. Not always easier though.
The Hive Tyrant was one of the first model I used a lot of green stuff to sculpt. It was also the start of a large Tyranid Army as my skill increased. This also started me to learn how to manipulated my photos so that I could add a better background.
Although Epic 40K has been the longest maintained and updated theme (even if its months or even years between update), I had never created any title graphics until this version.
